We do not run a mail server, and we never will. That means no automated reset links land in your inbox, and no third party ever handles your address. Password resets are done by hand instead.

1. Head to the contact page and send us a note.
2. Include the email address on your account so we can find it.
3. An admin resets your password and replies through the same contact channel with the new one.

Once you are back in, change the password to something only you know from your account settings.
